Join other families raising young children and, with the support and guidance of early childhood professionals from Community Children's Center, learn ways to positively impact family dynamics through connection.
 

Who is this class for?

Do you find yourself getting frustrated and overwhelmed with your child? Are you unsure how to navigate your child’s emotions and behaviors? If you answered yes to those questions, you are not alone and this class is a place to find support and strategies that all caregivers can use. 

Join us for our next class Responsive Caregiving: Strengthening Families through Connection. This is a 6-week class for anyone in Douglas County caring for a child 0-5 years old. There isn't one magic solution that will fit everyone - but we have lots of strategies to individualize for you and your child’s unique needs. You will learn and practice tools to increase resiliency and strengthen your relationship with yourself and your child.

Parenting class offered me space to be curious about my parenting experience, build relationships and community with other parents, and learn more about how I can best support my kids. So grateful for the time to explore the "why" behind my behaviors. Previous Program Participant
